Does Animal Haven sell merchandise at the shelter?

We have a very limited stock of hoodies, hats, and t-shirts available for sale at Animal Haven. If you’re interested in these products and are local, please contact us at info@animalhaven.org to purchase from us directly! We offer on-site pickup for these items but are unable to ship them.

Shipping times:

The average online fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. That said, the global supply chain and shipping backups may cause delays of 1-3 weeks. We ask for your patience as we work with our fulfillment company to ship orders. Holidays may affect fulfillment and shipping times so please factor this in over the holiday season!

Returns & Exchanges:

Please double-check the size and color of your item choices before confirming your order! Because we utilize a 3rd party vendor to print and ship our merchandise, we’re unable able to process returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product.

Returns will be accepted for any items with manufacturer’s defects only. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email info@animalhaven.org for information on how to start a return.

Custom orders:

At the current moment, we’re not able to accommodate custom orders outside of what is listed in our store. Please email us at info@animalhaven.org if you have any questions!

Can I wear these shirts/hoodies instead of my volunteer shirt when I’m volunteering?

Please make sure to wear your purple volunteer shirt while volunteering! If you want to wear additional accessories, then that is up to you! (Please be mindful that hats can be scary to some dogs!)
